CANCELED ORDER / RETURN OF PRODUCTS AND GOODS

Ι. Returns of products / goods charged by the Company

Returns of products or goods charged by the Company are accepted only in the following cases:

In all cases in which through its fault Company incorrectly executed the order (error in ordering, invoicing or shipping). In this case, the customer must not accept the receipt of the product / goods from the beginning. Products / goods must be returned in excellent condition, sealed, complete, unused and undamaged. The products must be returned in their original packaging.

In case any defect on the products is found upon receipt, the Company must replace these defective products. The user must inform in writing by sending an e-mail to info@airconworks.gr within fourteen (14) working days of receiving the defective products. Defective products must be returned to the Company immediately to prove the user's claim. Any shipping costs for the replacement of the products but also for the return of the defective products to the Company are borne by the latter. If it is found that the defects mentioned by the user occur, the Company must replace the defective products or return the money paid immediately, no later than fourteen (14) calendar days after receipt by the Company of the defective products.

To receive a refund the Product must (cumulatively):

- be in the received condition,

- once the original packaging has been opened it must be intact, without damage or tears and must be returned with the Product,

- complete

- bring with it all the documents accompanying the product product (original

purchase documents and any other accompanying form or item eg

labels, tags, warranty form, instructions for use, etc.)

- to bring all the accessories and additional benefits - benefits that accompanied its sale, - especially for cosmetics, which read you specify that they are products that are easily damaged and are vulnerable, in addition the packaging of the products should not be opened or unsealed, & nbsp; the product is not soiled or damaged, the product has not exceeded the expiration date, as well as has not exceeded the date by which it can be used under appropriate conditions 11.3 Withdrawal - Returns products / goods at the customer's expense Return of products / goods at the customer's expense is accepted within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery to the customer, in cases where the customer in good faith and without abusing the relevant right he changed his mind and no longer wants to buy the product / goods using the right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal is exercised with a clear statement of the consumer to the website www.airconworks.gr. It is allowed the return of the products / goods by the customer himself at the headquarters of the Company after consultation. The returned product must be in excellent condition within its original packaging, not damaged and accompanied by all the documents proving the transaction (Shipping Receipt / Invoice / Retail Receipt etc.) as well as the completed Return Form included in the packaging of each order.

Please note that in order to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the products you purchased you must handle and export them.
