Α. By credit / Debit card

The customer has the ability to pay for his orders by credit card. The customer trading with the Company is solely responsible for the correct, complete and accurate recording of his credit card details, and explicitly acknowledges that the Company bears no responsibility for these details or their proper use.

Β. COD payment:

If the user / customer chooses cash on delivery, the payment of the ordered product is made by the user / customer at the time of delivery, with cash delivered to the employee courier company, with a charge in accordance with the shipping policy.

Only cash on delivery is accepted for telephone orders.

In all the above payment methods, the customer has the option of issuing or receiving a receipt retail or invoice.

Invoice is issued to legal entities and freelancers, if they fill in the following information when ordering:

Company name or professional name, address, TIN, Tax Office, profession and telephone.

All orders, including taxes and mandatory contributions, are payable in Euro. The ordering of products implies an obligation of payment by the Consumer. Any bank charges that may arise are payable by the buyer. Any overdue unpaid amount will bear interest on the legal default interest. In addition, the Company reserves the right to cancel or suspend its entire order or delivery, whatever its nature and level of execution, in case of non-payment or partial payment of any amount owed by the buyer, in case of fraud during the payment or in case of fraud or attempted fraud while using the Company's page. To combat online fraud, information about the buyer's order may be disclosed to any third party authorized by law or designated by the Company to confirm the identity of the buyer, the validity of the order, the validity of the payment method used and the selected delivery method .. All payments made using a card are processed through the electronic payment platform. This encrypts all customer / consumer personal information, including credit card number, card expiration date and other card details, so that it cannot be read or changed while on the Internet.
